What types of personal data do we collect?

Our website and the editor’s startpage also use Intercom, a service provided by Intercom Inc., that provides a chat window in the lower right corner of a page to get into contact with our support staff. Intercom sets a cookie in your browser. You can block the use of Intercom in the same manner as Google Analytics.

If you would like to receive news from Livingdocs, we require your name and your e-mail address and confirmation that you agree to receive the mailings. We may use your name and e-mail address to send you alerts, updates, event invitations and other information by e-mail. As complete data security cannot be guaranteed for communication via e-mails, instant messaging, and similar means of communication, we would recommend sending any particularly confidential information by an alternative secure means.
